Refund policy
If products arrive damaged:
As of now refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged, you have 5 days from the delivery date to contact me via email happyishbrand@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product.

If products say "Delivered" but have not yet arrived:
Please wait at least 3 business days from the delivery date before reaching out regarding orders that say "Delivered" but have not yet arrived. Occasionally, packages are mistakenly marked as delivered before arriving, and will usually show up within the next few business days.
